Database Outage
5:27PM EST: We have network engineers sorting out the issue currently. If you see that there is an issue with your connection, it is due to this reasoning. We should have it up asap as soon as the database cluster outage is sorted out.
UPDATE: Should be fixed now. If there are any issues, please let your support staff know.

As corporate tax filings passes, we released a sales tax report at the request of some clients on the break down of what they need to pay for sales tax and rates for all of their monthly payments. Optimization and Design
Introduced a couple things that optimizes the backend. Clients should see a tremendous difference in the speed of the application and page load. There have also been several bug fixes that have been pushed, and we’re currently investigating a couple of features and reports that customers have asked about such as a full inventory module and more advanced VAT module.

Fixes and Upgrades
12:55PM EST: We’re taking her down for a bug fix to vendor side that should clean up some issues that some customers have been seeing. This code batch will also put in some new features. Currency support will be limited to certain countries for now and doesn’t have support for exchange rates, but it will allow users to now use their own countries’ currencies if supported. ...

Minor Upgrade
Set for 12/11/09: 3:00AM EST. This upgrade will include some user interface upgrades for bookkeeping ease of use. Transaction duplication for user ease of use will amount to most of the upgrade work.

Network Failure
As of 3:31AM EST, there has been a network failure at the provider. The cause and extent is unknown currently, but the network teams are working quickly to identify and resolve the issue.
Update: 6:20AM EST, network service is back up.
Minor Upgrade
Scheduled for 11/20 at 3:00AM EST, this outage should be no more than ten minutes. In it are a couple of changes including user requests for interface tweaks and a few other minor features.
3:26AM EST: Everything seems to be normal. Update includes autopopulation of emails, stronger verification algorithms, and user interface tweaks based on some feedback from current clients.
Database Network Outage
Our database cluster suffered a networking outage at 6:00PM EDT. The networking issue was solved by our networking engineers as of 6:55PM EDT.
Database Maintenance
Database maintenance will start from 11/6: 10PM PDT and end at 11/7: 1AM PDT.
